It's Thanksgiving Day, and this year, my birthday and Thanksgiving are the same day.
I don't feel like a birthday girl.
Steve and I are still having trouble sleeping, and we neither feel rested. I awoke several times during the night with sweating around my neck, to the point that it was itching and burning.
Yesterday was pretty then overcast by turns.
We went to the Down Home for lunch, and Lu Lu (I call her Loopy) came over and hugged me and commented that I didn't seem like myself. I told her that I didn't feel well. Some lady was there and came to our table and talked with me for a short while. She knows Jaime, and her mother works at Smith Funeral Home here in Rutledge. I don't recall her name.
I worked in my hut quite a bit, re-arranging stuff to make room to work in the bedroom, which is where we plan to put the tanning bed. I insulated the over-head cabinets, and got them clean and ready to paint. I'm thinking of painting that room some 'color'. Everything else is soft pastels, but I think some bright color would be good in that room. I'll see what I have in the way of paint, then decide.
I leveled the camper a little more, so that the front door would work better.
Steve worked on the Christmas lights on the house. He said he would install the toilet in the bathroom in my hut today.
Bobby Curl came with a truck load of ear corn, and we unloaded it into a defunct hot tub for storage.
I was supposed to call Norma last night, but I forgot to.
It looks like it's going to be pretty today, but this week-end is supposed to turn really cold.
As usual, I'm not ready for it.
