Well, I'm having trouble getting to sleep, so I'll write.
I might make more mistakes, though, and I'm sure Barbara will catch every one of them.
Steve and I went to Jefferson City this morning to eat lunch, and to check out a new flea market. I don't think I would want to put my booth there, as there's so little traffic.
We stopped at Colonel Chicken's for lunch.
We then went to Lowe's and I shopped for paint mis-mixes. They didn't have any I wanted.
We then drove up to Morristown, and Steve dropped me off at Goodwill, and he want to Lowe's.
I didn't buy much. He bought almost nothing.
We then went to Home Depot, where he got the parts to repair my closet rod, which had broken under the load of my clothing.
We came home, and I got some light bulbs for Elaine at the RutledgeFamily Dollar and took them up there for her. She wasn't there, so I left them with Joan. While I was there, Donald Nance came in, and I thanked him for renting Elaine a nice house for such a reasonable sum.
Then, I started helping Joan put things where they belonged and fronting the shelves.
A little while later, Elaine came in, herself. She thanked me and hugged me for giving her the bulbs. I have a microwave oven for her, too. She's needing a washer and dryer.
She looked awfully tired.
We visited for a while, then I came home. Steve was asleep on the sofa. I warmed some of Barbara's left-overs from yesterday, and had a good supper.
I then put away some clothes that Steve had washed, and hung some on racks to dry.
I got a bath and washed my hair, then started getting ready for bed. I just can't 'turn off' and get to sleep. I don't need to start painting, though. I make too many mistakes when I've taken meds before painting, and I took Lyrica, which really pulls the shades down.
I hope I'm not in a fog all day tomorrow, but I usually am after taking Lyrica.
I hope I get more done around here tomorrow.
